Paul Hastings LLP advised sbe, a privately-held leading international lifestyle hospitality group that develops, brands, manages and operates world-class hotels, restaurants, lounges, and nightclubs, in connection with the launch of The Estate by sbe. Co-founded by sbe CEO Sam Nazarian in partnership with motivational speaker and author Tony Robbins, Marc Anthony, and Richard Attias, The Estate by sbe is a global luxury hospitality and longevity ecosystem that will feature state of the art wellness technology delivered in a luxury hospitality environment.

The brand will include hotels and residences and standalone longevity centers, with the first center set to open late next year. Several hotels and residences and longevity centers throughout the world are slated for opening in 2026.
